Advanced Home Inspections

Today I inspected a home in Columbus NE and this house was equipped with a Federal Pacific electric panel. These panels have been known for causing fires because the breakers would not trip. This will not happen all the time but it does happen quite often. It is the safest to replace the hole panel.
